Nutella Ice Cream
How can something so delicious, be so easy to make? It doesn't seem possible, but it is.
You only need two ingredients and maybe four tools to make this delicious, rich, creamy Nutella ice cream. There's no eggs, no cooking, just mix and whisk, chill and churn. This genius recipe is from Clotilde Dusoulier, former software engineer turned author of acclaimed food blog, Chocolate & Zucchini and it's a perennial flavor fave at our Annual End of Summer Ice Cream Party.
So pull out a jar of Nutella and a can of unsweetened evaporated milk. Find a can opener, a mixing bowl and a whisk. Here's the recipe from Clotilde: Super Simple Nutella Ice Cream.
Note: To make it even simpler, I reduce the amount of evaporated milk to one can (12 oz). The second opened, partially used can would just sit in my refrigerator for who knows how long. So, for me, just one 13 oz jar of Nutella plus one 12 oz can of evaporated milk :)
